Forward Deployed Engineer

alfaEdge is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers deploying embedded intelligence into production environments. You will bridge the gap between our platform and the real-world operational systems it powers.

What you'll do

• Deploy and configure alfaEdge's AI platform in customer environments
• Integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure and data pipelines
• Work directly with customers to understand operational requirements
• Build custom integrations and extensions for specific use cases
• Diagnose and resolve issues in production deployments
• Feed customer insights back into the product roadmap

Who you are

• Experienced in deploying and operating software in production environments
• Comfortable working directly with customers in fast-paced settings
• Strong problem-solving skills across systems and code
• Familiar with modern infrastructure, cloud platforms, and edge deployments
• Excellent communicator who can translate between technical and business stakeholders
